I’m wondering if anyone knows what Mosso’s real uptime is? And by uptime, I mean, the percentage of time that their servers are serving real web pages - not the “Can’t find node” or “500 server error” or, my favorite, “An unexpected network error has occurred.” Does anyone really expect a network error?
If you are reading between the lines, you can see that I am beginning to get frustrated with Mosso, my web host. I’m a patient man, but I pay them what I consider to be a premium for hosting/billing/support. I have yet to receive a penny of my customer billing, my hosting is spotty to say the least, and my last contact with support was painful.
Do you have experience with Mosso? Stats about uptime? Personal experiences? Let me know. I’m deciding how to move forward here, but I like to make calm and calculated decisions…and honestly I need to cool off right now.
